The Law Firm of Kinghorn & Kinghorn was formed in January 2002 with the vision of securing justice for the nation’s poor in a timely, efficient and compassionate manner.
The Firm is owned and operated by Sean Kinghorn and his wife Judy Ann Kinghorn. The firm employs a number of Associates along with other category of workers. Having started with one office in Downtown, Kingston, Sean and Judy Ann Kinghorn returned to their hometown in Spanish Town, St. Catherine to establish their Head Office at Units 8,-10, Angels Plaza, Walks Road, St. Catherine. With growth there was expansion into the Linstead, Old Harbour and St. Ann’s Bay areas where branches of Kinghorn & Kinghorn are now established and exist as follows:
- SPANISH TOWN – Unit 8-10, Angels Plaza, Spanish Town, St. Catherine;
- LINSTEAD – The Acacia Building, 1 Church Street, Linstead, St. Catherine;
- OLD HARBOUR – Shop # 2, 6 South Street, Old Harbour, St. Catherine;
- ST ANN- 16 Bravo Street, Shop # 3, Upstairs, St. Anns Bay, St. Ann;
The Firm’s areas of legal practices include Civil, Criminal, Conveyance, Commercial, Probate, and Family.
In the area of Civil Procedure, there have been a number of successful landmark cases with some litigants being able to secure justice through substantial judgements.
